Booking terms for The Heavies 2024.
Bookings and cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. Should you wish to cancel on or before July 2024, a full refund will be offered, less an administrative charge of 15%. Should you choose to cancel after 1st August 2024, no refund will be given. (Outstanding invoices due at that period will also require full payment).
In the event that The Heavies 2024 is cancelled, a full refund will be offered. However, we will not accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
The event organiser (Nimble Publishing Limited) shall not be liable for cancellation or delay of the event due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.
Payments
Payments can be made by: cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit cards. Please note: all card payments will incur a 2.5% handling and administration fee. Should you wish to make a credit or debit card payment, please call a member of the team on +44 (0) 845 1 700 300.
