Ways to enter
Whilst we offer an Online Entry service, we also welcome physical entry submissions via email or post.
- Email Entries
- Please email your entry, including supporting material/documentation (pictures, schematics etc), together with a completed and signed Entry Form to andy@heavytorque.co.uk. You will be sent an acknowledgement by email; please contact us if you have not received this within five working days.
- Postal Entries
- Please post your entry, including supporting material/documentation, together with a completed and signed Entry Form to: The Heavies 2024, Nimble Publishing Limited, 113 Stud Road, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 7TD
- Deadline
- The deadline for all entries will be July 2024
Entry rules and conditions
- All entries should relate to work completed between February 2022 and April 2024.
- Companies may enter as many categories as they wish.
- An entry may be submitted for more than one category; however, a signed and completed Entry Form for each category is required.
- Entry forms will not be accepted without an authorised signatory.
- Should your submission be successfully shortlisted, you may be asked for additional material, if deemed necessary by the Judges.
- The Heavies 2024 reserves the right to submit your entry into another category, if it is deemed more appropriate.
- Those successfully shortlisted will be notified by August 2024.
- Sensitive Material
- During the evening's procession, data from each successfully shortlisted entry will be aired (precis style). Therefore, should your entry contain sensitive information, please clearly make this known: whilst indicating which information requires omitting.
- Permissions
- When submitting your entry, please ensure you have obtained the appropriate permissions from external suppliers, especially when/if featuring their material.
